Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable mailer or a reusable box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
